Samsung Planning Android 13 for Flagships (And for a Surprising Model) in 2022

We already know that Samsung is working around the clock on getting Android 13 ready for prime-time, but until this happens, the only way to try out the new operating system on a flagship released by the South Koreans is by joining the beta program.

One UI 5.0 and Android 13 can therefore be tested by installing the beta builds on your flagship Samsung phone, though it goes without saying this comes with an increased likelihood of glitches given it’s pre-release software.

On the other hand, it shouldn’t take long before the company begins the rollout of Android 13 for its flagships as well. But according to a report from SamMobile, it looks like the parent company is also planning to ship the new operating system to the Galaxy A53 this year, and this makes perfect sense given it’s such a fast-selling model.
