Microsoft 365 has been struggling with several outages lately, and earlier today, the service has been impacted by another similar problem once again.
What first looked to be just some downtime impacting Microsoft Teams ended up becoming a massive outage affecting the entire Microsoft 365 platform, including Word, and SharePoint.
Microsoft confirmed the issues several hours ago, explaining that users were unable to access Microsoft Teams and the built-in features.
“We've received reports of users being unable to access Microsoft Teams or leverage any features. We're investigating the issue and further updates can be found in your Service Health Dashboard via TM402718,” it said on Twitter. “We’ve determined that a recent deployment contained a broken connection to an internal storage service, which has resulted in impact.
