Windows 10 Redstone 5 Could Launch as “October 2018 Update”
Microsoft is now getting closer to the final development stages of the next Windows 10 update, and the company has already started thinking of names that could be used when the release is ready.According to a recent leak courtesy of Twitter user WalkingCat, who has a very good track on Microsoft scoops, Windows 10 Redstone 5 could launch as “October 2018 Update.”
This means Microsoft would no longer use fancy names for its OS updates, like Creators Update, but stick with a naming approach that makes more sense considering the bi-annual release schedule that the company has embraced.
